Solid Progress & Fast Support – GZW Menu from UP is Off to a Great Start

First off, big props to the UP team for their professional and responsive support. My experience so far has been refreshingly positive—any issues I encountered were acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner. Unlike other providers who go radio silent after purchase, UP actually listens and communicates, which already sets them apart.

I recently picked up the new Gray Zone Warfare (GZW) UP menu, and while it’s still early in development, it’s showing real potential. There were a few hiccups at launch (as expected with a new title), but UP has been transparent about known issues and is actively working to fix them.

For example, the item name visibility issue—a common problem across most GZW menus right now—was resolved by UP within just a few days. That alone was a major improvement in usability. I also reported problems with the “No Sway” feature, and that got fixed just as quickly.

What’s been most impressive is the consistent back-and-forth with the team. They’re engaged, open to feedback, and clearly focused on building the best GZW menu available. You can tell they care about delivering a high-quality experience—not just selling a product.

If you're on the fence or watching development progress, know this: UP is actively improving this menu, and they’re doing it with the community, not in a vacuum. Definitely one to keep your eye on.
