let me alaborate. i can provide the needed documentation but it regardless. paypal doesnt allow for my name to be an alias

so im wanting to purchase but the pre purchase rules say something about my paypal name needing to be the same as my forum name. the issue is the only paypal account i have wont allow me to change it to my alias. paypal has made it so if i decide to do a name change i must provide documentation. can a moderator or admin of some sort help me work this out?Insert image from URL
