Amazing support and super friendly and patient with me while I made some stupid mistakes, they made sure I had everything working in only a few minutes. 5 star support, and as for the software, I havent had too much time to play with it since it was late for me but I can say it works pretty well. Its my first time using one so I cant compare to others but the aim seems fairly accurate, sometimes a bit shaky on moving targets but still manage to get some solid kills. I only played 2 matches but so far I dont regret my purchase one bit so far
